What You’ll Do
As our Boat and Jet Ski Transport & Launch Specialist, you’re the behind-the-scenes pro who keeps our fleet running smoothly. You’ll transport, launch, retrieve, clean, fuel, and prep boats and jet skis so they’re always guest ready.
Safety comes first — always — but we like to have fun doing it.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely trailer boats and jet skis from storage locations to local boat ramps
- Confidently launch and retrieve boats and PWCs with care and precision
- Secure and transport vessels back to designated storage or rental locations
- Flush engines properly after use to protect and maintain equipment
- Fuel boats and jet skis daily
- Clean and detail boats, jet skis, and trailers after use
- Perform safety and condition checks before and after transport
- Keep equipment organized, clean, and rental-ready
- Communicate clearly with the team about any issues or maintenance needs
- Follow all traffic, boating, fueling, and safety regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable towing and backing boat trailers
- Experience operating boats and PWCs during launch and retrieval
- Strong attention to detail — especially with engines and equipment care
- Safety-focused, reliable, and responsible
- Outgoing personality with a positive, professional attitude
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift and maneuver equipment as needed
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida conditions
Bonus Points If You Have
- Previous boating or marine experience
- Engine flushing, fueling, or basic maintenance experience
- Knowledge of local waterways and boat ramps
- Boating safety certifications
Schedule

Jet Ski Attendant & Water Safety Supervisor

What You’ll Do
As a Jet Ski Attendant & Water Safety Supervisor, you are both the face of the guest experience and a key safety presence on the water. You’ll prepare guests before launch, supervise activity during rentals, and actively patrol the area to ensure safe, responsible operation always.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly, outgoing attitude and positive energy
- Deliver clear, confident safety briefings and rental rules
- Verify IDs and required boater safety certificates
- Assist guests safely on and off jet skis
- Launch and dock jet skis smoothly and safely
- Fuel, flush, clean, and prep jet skis between rentals
- Perform safety and condition checks on all equipment
- Actively patrol designated waters during rentals to monitor rider behavior
- Enforce speed limits, safety zones, and operational rules
- Correct unsafe behavior immediately and professionally
- Respond quickly to incidents, mechanical issues, or guest concerns on the water
- Maintain constant situational awareness of guests, vessels, swimmers, and wildlife
- Keep the dock and staging area clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Communicate clearly with guests, teammates, and management
What We’re Looking For

- Comfortable operating and supervising jet skis on open water
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical activity
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat and around water
- Works well independently and as part of a team
Bonus Points If You Have
- Boater Safety Certificate
- CPR / First Aid certification
- Experience supervising water activities or rentals
- Jet ski, boating, or water sports background
- Hospitality or customer service experience
Location
- Bradenton Causeway – Palma Sola Bay
- (No office. No desk. Just water, sun, and responsibility.)
Drug-Free Workplace
- This is a strict drug- and alcohol-free environment
- No drug use (including marijuana)
- No drinking before or during shifts
- Must be 25 years or older to apply
Schedule & Pay
- Part-time / Seasonal
- Weekdays, weekends, and holidays (flexible scheduling)
- Pay: $15–20 per hour, based on experience and certifications
- Tips and performance bonuses may be available
