What You’ll Do
As our Boat and Jet Ski Transport & Launch Specialist, you’re the behind-the-scenes pro who keeps our fleet running smoothly. You’ll transport, launch, retrieve, clean, fuel, and prep boats and jet skis so they’re always guest ready.
Safety comes first — always — but we like to have fun doing it.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely trailer boats and jet skis from storage locations to local boat ramps
- Confidently launch and retrieve boats and PWCs with care and precision
- Secure and transport vessels back to designated storage or rental locations
- Flush engines properly after use to protect and maintain equipment
- Fuel boats and jet skis daily
- Clean and detail boats, jet skis, and trailers after use
- Perform safety and condition checks before and after transport
- Keep equipment organized, clean, and rental-ready
- Communicate clearly with the team about any issues or maintenance needs
- Follow all traffic, boating, fueling, and safety regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable towing and backing boat trailers
- Experience operating boats and PWCs during launch and retrieval
- Strong attention to detail — especially with engines and equipment care
- Safety-focused, reliable, and responsible
- Outgoing personality with a positive, professional attitude
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift and maneuver equipment as needed
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida conditions
Bonus Points If You Have
- Previous boating or marine experience
- Engine flushing, fueling, or basic maintenance experience
- Knowledge of local waterways and boat ramps
- Boating safety certifications
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling
- Weekends and holidays may be required
