Must be 21+ with at least two years of boating experience.
If born before 1/1/1988 → only a valid driver’s license required.
If born after 1/1/1988 → valid driver’s license and a safety boater’s course certificate (Florida Boating Temporary Certificate).
No smoking allowed onboard any pontoon or performance boat rental.
Children under 7 must wear a Coast Guard–approved life vest at all times.
Boats run on ethanol-free gas only – renter is responsible for fuel.
All passengers must sign the Boat Rental Agreement to be covered under our licensed and insured boat rental policy.
For multi-day rentals, you must have a secure slip or private dock at your home or rental property.
