Important Guidelines for Inshore Family Fishing

• Fishing License Required – Florida saltwater license needed for anyone 16+ (kids under 16 exempt).
• Ages & Safety – Children under 7 must wear a Coast Guard–approved life vest at all times.
• Catch Rules – We follow all FWC (Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission) regulations for bag and size limits.
• Respect Wildlife – Dolphins, manatees, and seabirds are often spotted. Please admire from a distance.
• No Smoking – For comfort and safety, smoking is not allowed.
• Docking & Pick-Up – Rentals depart from Holmes Beach, giving you direct access to Anna Maria Island, Palma Sola Bay, and Sarasota Bay.
• Signed Waiver – All participants must sign a liability waiver before departure.

What Happens If the Weather Isn’t Cooperating?

Your safety and comfort always come first at Little Philly Sea Adventures. Florida weather can be unpredictable, and we closely monitor conditions before every trip.

• If weather is unsafe (storms, lightning, high winds, or rough seas), your inshore fishing charter or jet ski rental will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
• If rescheduling isn’t possible, we’ll provide a full refund for your booking.
• Light rain or passing showers are common on the Gulf Coast and usually safe — in those cases, the trip will continue as planned.

What Should You Bring?

We provide the essentials for your trip, but here are a few things you’ll want to pack to make your day on the water even better:

✅ Hat or Visor – Extra shade while you fish or ride.

✅ Snacks & Drinks – We supply a cooler with ice; just bring your favorites.

✅ Towel & Change of Clothes – Handy after a swim, splash, or shelling stop.

✅ Water Shoes or Flip-Flops – Comfortable footwear for hopping on and off the boat.

✅ Camera or Phone – Capture your first catch, dolphin sightings, and Gulf Coast sunsets.

✅ Fishing License – Required for all anglers (Florida law). Guests must secure theirs in advance.
