Important Guidelines for Inshore Family Fishing
Fishing License Required – All anglers must have a valid Florida saltwater fishing license (kids under 16 exempt). Required for all boater charters and charters for fishing.
Ages & Safety – Children under 7 must wear a U.S. Coast Guard–approved life vest at all times. Safety equipment is provided with every fishing boat rental.
Catch Rules – We follow all Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) regulations on size and bag limits to keep our inshore fishing charters sustainable.
Weather Policy – Trips may be rescheduled or refunded if conditions are unsafe. Your fishing charter near Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, Palma Sola, or Bradenton Beach will always prioritize safety.
No Smoking – For comfort and safety, smoking is not allowed onboard any of our fishing boat rentals.
Respect the Wildlife – Dolphins, manatees, and seabirds are often seen during our inshore family fishing trips—please admire from a distance.
Fuel Included – Your fishing boat rental or fishing charter comes with a full tank of clean, ethanol-free fuel.
Personal Belongings – Bring sunscreen, hats, snacks, drinks, and a towel. We provide a cooler and ice with every charter for fishing.
Docking & Pick-Up – All trips depart from Holmes Beach with easy access to Anna Maria Island, Palma Sola Bay, Bradenton Beach, and Sarasota Bay.
Signed Waiver – All passengers must sign a liability waiver before departure on any boater charter or fishing charter near Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, Palma Sola, or Bradenton Beach.

Your safety and comfort always come first at Little Philly Sea Adventures. Florida weather can be unpredictable, and we closely monitor conditions before every trip.
If weather is unsafe (storms, lightning, high winds, or rough seas), your inshore fishing charter or jet ski rental will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
If rescheduling isn’t possible, we’ll provide a full refund for your booking.
Light rain or passing showers are common on the Gulf Coast and usually safe — in those cases, the trip will continue as planned.

✅ Water Shoes or Flip-Flops – Comfortable footwear for hopping on and off the boat.
✅ Camera or Phone – Capture your first catch, dolphin sightings, and Gulf Coast sunsets.
