Weather Policy – Trips may be rescheduled or refunded if conditions are unsafe.
No Smoking – For safety and comfort, smoking is not allowed onboard.
Respect the Wildlife – Dolphins, manatees, and seabirds may be seen — please enjoy from a distance.
Fuel Included – Your charter comes with a full tank of ethanol-free gas.

If weather is unsafe (storms, lightning, high winds, or rough seas), your inshore fishing charter or jet ski rental will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
If rescheduling isn’t possible, we’ll provide a full refund for your booking.
Light rain or passing showers are common on the Gulf Coast and usually safe — in those cases, the trip will continue as planned.
